Assist with indirect, descriptive, and experimental assessments.
Conduct preference assessments.
Analyze data trends for behaviors targeted for deceleration and acceleration to ensure progress.
Assist with the development of individual behavior support plans.
Ensure behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition teaching plans are implemented with high fidelity.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum education is a bachelors degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, public health counseling or similar.
Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience which includes implementing functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans.
Registered Behavior Technician Certification preferred.
Strong written and visual communication skills
Strong organization skills and ability to work independently
Passion for the non-profit sector and a deep commitment to the organization's mission.
