How You'll Make a Difference
Our Oklahoma City clinical team is seeking a qualified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) to oversee client ABA programs. Our behavioranalysts conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments, interpret the results, and design comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Our behavioranalysts also provide training and supervision to BCaBAs, RBTs and others responsible for the implementation of intervention and monitors client progress through data-based progress monitoring.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing ABA programs
Conducting behavioral and skills assessments
Designing and maintaining treatment programs for clients
Working with and overseeing the teams that implement individualized treatment plans
Completing weekly program writing and maintain client's program book
