BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT supervision provided. Our interventionists assist in the application of behavioral programs that are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and specifically designed for each particular client. School based assignments involve supporting students through the school day with challenging behaviors. Who We're Looking For BA/BS Preferred High School Diploma Required A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow Reliable transportation Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact As a Behavior Interventionist, you'll do more than provide care you'll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive. Your key responsibilities include: 1:1 Client Support - Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more). Implement ABA Treatment Plans - Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life. Provide Consistent Therapy - Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress. Track Progress - Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps. Foster Learning and Growth - Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential. Collaborate as a Team - Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain Professional Standards - Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
