The Bucks IU Behavior Analysts have the primary responsibility of providing high quality services in the areas of functional behavioral assessment, positive behavior support, verbal behavior, discrete trial, data collection and data analysis, classroom consultation, and staff training. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for implementing evidence-based practices to address complex learning and behavioral needs of students. The Bucks IU Behavior Analysts work in IU programs and are available to work directly in assigned districts within Bucks County. SUMMARY: We are seeking a Conflicts and Business Intake Compliance Counsel. The ideal candidate will act as counsel to the law firm in identifying and resolving actual and potential conflicts of interest arising out of new business intake and the hiring of lawyers and staff joining the firm, as well as assisting with the onboarding of clients, matters, lawyers and staff. Job Description Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Reports To: Clinical Director Employment Type: [Part-Time / Per Diem] The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation, and supervision of individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical oversight, supervises Behavior Technicians, and collaborates with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful outcomes. Services may be delivered in the home, center, or community settings. Key Responsibilities • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans in alignment with best practices and payer requirements • Provide clinical supervision and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines • Monitor progress and adjust programming as necessary to meet individualized client goals • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including treatment plans, session notes, progress reports, and insurance authorizations • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members to ensure generalization and maintenance of learned skills • Provide caregiver training and support to promote skill development outside of structured sessions • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and agency initiatives • Ensure ethical and professional conduct in accordance with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code Qualifications • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey if applicable • Minimum of one year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed • Must pass background checks including criminal history and abuse registry screenings Work Environment • In-home, center-based, or community settings • May involve working with children exhibiting challenging behaviors • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, and move as needed to work directly with children Schedule and Compensation • Flexible scheduling available • Competitive salary based on experience and credentials • Opportunities for professional growth, CEU reimbursement, and clinical leadership roles

Board Certified Behavior Analyst - (25000069) Description JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: The Bucks IU Behavior Analysts have the primary responsibility of providing high quality services in the areas of functional behavioral assessment, positive behavior support, verbal behavior, discrete trial, data collection and data analysis, classroom consultation, and staff training. The Behavior Analyst is responsible for implementing evidence-based practices to address complex learning and behavioral needs of students. They regularly provide consultation and support to program staff to promote the use of proactive, positive, evidence-based approaches to prevent and address behavioral needs. The Bucks IU Behavior Analysts work in IU programs and are available to work directly in assigned districts within Bucks County. Essential Functions: Conduct functional assessments (FBA) (indirect and direct measures) Prescribe positive behavior support plans based on FBA Prescribe feasible systems of progress monitoring Provide staff training and consultation on prescribed interventions and/or progress monitoring Modeling and feedback of prescribed procedures Provide routine consultation on a mutually agreeable schedule with the classroom teacher in accordance with the IEP (Individualized Education Plan) Attendance at IEP's for students with PBSP's (Positive Behavior Support Plan) Assist classroom staff with summarizing progress monitoring data as needed for progress reports and IEP's Other Duties: This position description does not express nor does it imply that the above duties are the only duties to be performed by the incumbent(s) in this position. Travel: Travel may be required throughout district Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required. Master's Degree preferred. Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate through BACB or hold a current license for Behavior Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania required. BACB Behavior Analyst Supervisor Certification or willingness to earn this credential (required to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians).
