Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) / Licensed BehaviorAnalyst (LBA) to join our growing, mission-driven organization. This role blends direct clinical practice, community-based behavioral programming, and meaningful leadership through supervision and mentorship of QMHPs, RBTs, and trainees pursuing certification.
The BCBA/LBA is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing ethical, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while ensuring compliance with BACB standards and state regulations. This position is ideal for a clinician who values high-quality care, professional development, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities Clinical & Community-Based Practice (40%)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
Deliver ABA services across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
Address behavioral and mental health-related concerns using clinical behavior analysis strategies (e.g., ACT, DBT, behavioral activation).
Ensure interventions are person-centered, culturally responsive, and dignity-focused.
Analyze data to guide clinical decision-making and treatment adjustments.
Supervision & Staff Development (30%)
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to QMHPs, RBTs, and staff in accordance with BACB and state requirements.
Model effective intervention strategies and coach staff in real time.
Conduct structured supervision sessions, competency assessments, and performance reviews.
Monitor caseload distribution and ensure ethical staff-to-client assignments.
Maintain required supervision documentation and feedback records.
Fieldwork Supervision of Trainees (20%)
Serve as a qualified supervisor for trainees completing supervised fieldwork toward BCBA/BCaBA certification.
Ensure fieldwork activities align with BACB requirements and ethical standards.
Support trainees' development of professional identity, ethical reasoning, and cultural competence.
Maintain accurate supervision contracts, logs, and documentation to meet BACB audit standards.
Ethics, Documentation & Administrative Duties (10%)
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and applicable funding requirements.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide behavioral consultation.
Engage in continuing education to maintain certification and licensure.
Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Required
Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BehaviorAnalyst Certification Board.
Active state licensure (LBA) is required where applicable.
Experience delivering ABA services in community and/or fieldwork settings.
Demonstrated experience supervising QMHPs, RBTs, or behavior-analytic trainees.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, evidence-based practice.
Preferred
Experience integrating ABA with mental health or community-based services.
Experience working in interdisciplinary or multi-setting environments.
