Position Details:

Compensation of $90,000-$100,000/year between base salary and monthly bonuses!

Responsibilities:
Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioral
assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures
Develops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the
continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectives
Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center
Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan
Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
Participates in regular clinical meetings
Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines
Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
Maintains accurate and up to date "CAQH" profile and NPI
Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators
Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's "The Professional and
Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts".
Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a BCBA.
At least a Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Duties & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a member of the Board of Clinical Quality and assistance from a scheduler, conduct regular sessions through various modalities (virtual sessions, virtual reality, etc.) for the assigned caseload to:
Provide individualized parent education
Supervise the implementation of the program
Monitor the completion of all necessary documentation
Provide in-field training to each direct report
Educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client
Efficiently and effectively communicating CSD's policies to families
Completes necessary documentation including:
Treatment plans
Data sheets
Behavioral support plans
Progress reports and discharge reports
Other site-related documents
Monitor daily direct service appointments for:
Completion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes.
Behavior Specialist cancelations
Family cancellations
Maintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and input MLS/HLS supervision hours on CSD's billing program.
Maintain up-to-date records of CSD's templates, forms and other documents
Write, sign and submit progress reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of all report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines. Deadlines are available on the policies CSD has created for each insurance company.)
Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD.
Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by:
Holding monthly 1:1 and team meetings and appropriate trainings
Contributing to individualized clinical trainings
Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director
Assuring that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.
Evaluating clinical performance of supervisees and communicating concerns to the assigned Regional Director
Maintaining and documenting appropriate progress notes for supervision hours
Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with all clinical processes including but not limited to:
Behavioral support plans
Assessments
Submission of monthly session plans
Maintenance of monthly log of lesson plans
Completion of clinical reports and data collection
Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors.

Responsibilities
What we are looking for:
People with a passion for working with children
Previous experience working with children or people with disabilities and an interest in behavioral health
Available to work in the afternoons/early evenings, and possible weekend morning hours
Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver's license, auto registration and auto insurance
Proof of immunization records and TB.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be available for initial 2 week training schedule (M-F, about 35 hours)
The position requires lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading toys and materials for home visits. Also frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting in order to observe, assess, and interact with participants
Work hours:
Our main working hours are Monday thru Friday 3PM-8PM & Saturday 9AM-1PM. Candidates must be available to work at least 15 hours per week within this timeframe.
Areas of coverage (cases will be assigned based on where you live): Chula Vista, Otay Mesa, National City, Santee, and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 6 months of exposure to/experience with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) or other related developmental disabilities. Some examples include working with typically developing children in a group setting (children with demonstrated deficits or challenging behavior preferred), having a family member with ASD, a neighbor with a developmental disability, or even volunteer work in a classroom with a child with ASD, etc.
EDUCATION:
Degree not required, but must have at least completed some college coursework or be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. We have a preference to programs related to early childhood education, psychology, nursing or related field.
