Golden View Learning Center focuses on providing effective and ethical treatment in order to help children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and developmental levels reach their full potential. We provide programming based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and utilize evidence-based interventions to provide the highest quality therapy for children we serve and highest level of support for their families. We are currently hiring BCBA's at our Oak Park Location: 2755 55th, San Diego, CA 92105 Fulfill at least 28 billable hours per week (includes direct sessions). Schedule planned billable hours for the following week by the Friday prior to the week. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA). Conduct structured preference assessments as needed. Develop behavior intervention plans based on the results of FBA. Conduct ongoing skills assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp). Implement and monitor data collection systems to track and evaluate client progress on treatment plan objectives. Update treatment plans on an ongoing basis as indicated by data collected. Complete all initial intake assessment reports within the time frames outlined by assessment authorizations.
