What Do You Like About Working There?

Room for growth within the company, benefits, helping families find the best fit for them through insurance providers, continuously learning new skill sets and able to problem solve daily which is a passion of mine, able to research and find new tactics to assist the facility. Show More

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Upper management had issues with being decisive sometimes changing their mind on one item over four times implementing each change and then undoing it which causes a wrinkle in others workflow. Upper management is very caring but lacked business managment skillsets and keeps the work environment reactive instead of proactive, in turn reducing productivity. Show More
