Work from home, intelligent behavior analytic staff
Leadership doesn't consult prior to major changes and are running the company into the ground with bad policies. Administrators are being fired, no support is given to fill those roles, and middle managers and BCBAs are expected to burn themselves out fixing everything. BCBAs do not get paid for anything other than billable services but are expected to do all of their administrative tasks for free... with no administrative support. No job growth except for BT to RBT to BCBA and expect flat payment that isn't based on performance so you'll make as much as a total slacker.
They just increased the holiday pay from 4 days a year to 6 days for administrators, which is a joke. A perk is the free supervision program available for BTs/RBTs and getting to work with major FTF influencers
