BASS ABA is looking to hire BehaviorTechnicians in your area. A BehaviorTechnician is a patient-centered professional with experience promoting patient achievement of greater independence in-home, at school, and within the community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work one-on-one with the learner in their home and/or community to deliver DTT (Discrete Trial Training) and NET (Naturalistic Environment Training) on measurable goals set by the FBA (Functional Behavior Assessment).

Job Summary

Document session notes in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation, including data collection and progress reports.
Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement strategies, intervention techniques, and behavior management tools when requested to promote generalization of skills outside therapy sessions.
Promote safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, problem-solving, and daily living skills.
Ensure proper implementation of behavior programs by training and retraining staff as needed, routinely communicating with team members to maintain fidelity of interventions.
Engage clients in age-appropriate leisure activities (e.g., games, crafts) to keep them active and motivated during therapy times, enhancing their overall experience.
Review updates for clients, including new programs or scheduled sessions, and prepare to implement these changes effectively.
Monitor and evaluate client progress using behavior-analytic methods, identifying barriers to success and making data-driven recommendations to supervisors and BCBAs.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis and enhance your clinical skills.
Represent the Applied ABA Therapy program with professionalism in all interactions, maintaining appropriate dress, demeanor, and communication with families and colleagues.

You have experience working with children, preferably those with autism or intellectual disabilities.
You possess a high school diploma (bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree; current undergraduate students welcome).
You are a Registered BehaviorTechnician (RBT) or willing to obtain RBT certification.
You are available to work part-time or full-time, Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM.
You have a valid New Jersey license, reliable transportation, and are willing to commute within a 30-minute radius.
You are skilled in using software, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office.
You have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.

Implement behavior reduction procedures specified in the Behavior Intervention Plan.
Take accurate and reliable data during each session utilizing the electronic data collection system.
Submit monthly documents/time logs and attend staff meetings.
Attend mandatory and ongoing training.
Wiling to take the RBT coursework and sit for the test within 3 months of start.
QUALIFICATIONS:
32 credits in college education
Minimum 6 months of experience working directly with individuals with ASD/Developmental delays.
RBT Credentials is a plus.
CentralReach Experience is a plus.

The Child Mind Institute seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct clinical services through a combination of center based, in-home, and in-community delivery. Reporting to the Associate Director, Autism Center, this is a full time and exempt position in office a minimum of 4 days per week.
You Will:
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents with autism spectrum or related neurodevelopmental disorders.
Use assessment data, including Functional Behavioral Assessment utilizing direct and indirect measures of behavior to identify target behaviors for intervention, develop behavioral plans, and track progress towards established goals
Use naturalistic approaches of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to evaluate, develop treatment plans, and implement 1:1 therapy for toddlers through young adults on the autism spectrum and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
Run social skills groups using evidenced based, manualized interventions (e.g., PEERS , Children's Friendship Training).
Provide direct services in the clinic, community, child's home, and school.
Use assessment data to define target behaviors, develop behavioral plans, and track progress towards established goals.
Analyze and improve behavior plans at regular intervals to ensure that patients and families achieve desired results.
Collaborate with our clinical colleagues, including receiving and providing consultation, to support team-based care within our practice. Ensure all clinical documentation requirements are met.
You Have:
Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or related field required. Master's degree in early childhood or special education preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a BCBA in either clinical, special education or early intervention settings.
Certification and licensure: BCBA certification from BACB and LBA from New York State required.
Training in naturalistic forms of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) required.
Training or clinical experience in one or more of the following required: Incidental Teaching (IT), Natural Environmental Training (NET), Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), SCERTS, JASPER, Project ImPACT, or Pivotal Response Training (PRT).
