The BCaBAs role includes the following: Specific Skills and Responsibilities Manage day to day behavioral therapy in an Intermediate Care Facility across all services provided in conjunction with the BCBA and Psychologist Conduct assessments across learning domains such as language, academics, social skills, and functional life skills. Support the generating of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and the development of Behavior Intervention Plans. Train, Supervise and oversee Registered Line/Behavior Technicians in the ICF. (Proof of BCBA Supervisor Training) Ability to train facility staff, caregivers, and family members in behavior analysis techniques Coordinate with families, staff, and other team members to ensure program consistency and efficacy Performs all other duties as requested by the CEO and Senior Director of Community Services.
