Essential Functions:
Conduct functional assessments (FBA) (indirect and direct measures)
Prescribe positive behavior support plans based on FBA
Prescribe feasible systems of progress monitoring
Provide staff training and consultation on prescribed interventions and/or progress monitoring
Modeling and feedback of prescribed procedures
Provide routine consultation on a mutually agreeable schedule with the classroom teacher in accordance with the IEP (Individualized Education Plan)
Attendance at IEP's for students with PBSP's (Positive Behavior Support Plan)
Assist classroom staff with summarizing progress monitoring data as needed for progress reports and IEP's

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate through BACB or hold a current license for Behavior Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania required.
BACB Behavior Analyst Supervisor Certification or willingness to earn this credential (required to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians).

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Mental Health Technician to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services program in Philadelphia, PA. The Mental Health Technician works from a recovery framework within the team providing individual supportive counseling and psychoeducational groups using therapeutic interventions (evidenced based practices preferred), cultural competence and trauma informed care to help individuals obtain their recovery goals. Our Mental Health Technicians provides counseling to individual clients, implements and monitors treatment of clients, and monitors individual and group social skills.
The Mental Health Technician will provide direct services to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene and ADL's, as well as assistance with all tasks necessary for maintaining a therapeutic community and residence.
Conducting activities with residents, including educational, social and leisure programs. Inclusion of resident's input and suggestions in the planning process involved for all activities.

The Lead Behavioral Health Technician (LBHT) provides one-to-one behavioral management interventions to the child or adolescent with a serious emotional disturbance, in the assigned home, school or community setting, in support of the family or other responsible adults, in order to prevent more restrictive services or out-of-home placement. The LBHT carries out specific behavioral management interventions identified in the treatment plan for the child(ren) or adolescent(s) assigned to their care. This role involves the provision of 1:1 service with a child or adolescent. Services may also be provided to integrate or reintegrate the child into normalizing settings and activities. The LBHT is responsible for providing behavioral health interventions to stabilize the child, assist the child in developing age-appropriate self-management skills, and to support, and empower parents, family members, teachers or other adults responsible for supervising the child in an educational or other community setting. The LBHT works with the child, school staff, family and the entire treatment team by implementing the plan techniques in order to achieve the desired goals. The LBHT also acts as a mentor to other BHT team members and assists them with acclimation to the role and the school. Responsible for monitoring the safety, security, sobriety and transportation of Victory Bay's clients, who are in various levels of treatment for mental health.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Monitor and direct the daily schedule of clients; including performing tasks and staying on schedule to attend all treatment and activities. Organization and punctuality are key.
Transport clients to treatment facility, and back to residence in Victory Bay transport vehicle. Comply with driving guidelines and approved routes.
Work alongside clinical staff to aid in implementation of treatment plan goals
