Salary: $25-27 Part-Time ABA Behavior Technician Job Description Positive Aspired Learning (PAL) is seeking qualified part-time ABA Behavior Technician candidates to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in the home, community, or school setting. We are looking for candidates available for after-school hours. Behavior Technicians will receive thorough ABA training in order to gain the skills necessary to provide quality 1:1 therapy with children. ABA Behavior Technicians will receive supervision under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Delaware Guidance Services for Children and Youth, Inc. (DGS) is the largest provider of outpatient behavioral health services to children and families in Delaware. Definition: Behavior technicians of both types are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA working without direct daily supervision in the family homes of our clients or, under rare circumstances, in preschool or school placements. Behavior Interventionist As our Behavior Interventionist, you will work with students from Elementary to High School age, in our close and supportive school environment. Using your interpersonal skills, you'll engage them in their treatment process to work on challenges such as behavioral misconduct, severe emotional disorders, substance abuse and addictions, and other issues associated with mental and emotional well-being. This work is invaluable to promote their academic, career, personal, and social development goals, and transition students back to their home school.
