Maintain resource network for the purpose of referrals and consults that impact treatment progress of the patient.
Conduct ongoing counseling sessions as deemed clinically appropriate.

Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve stated goals for enhanced mental health and abstinence of substance use.
Participate in relevant training, clinical supervision, conferences, and multidisciplinary patient care.

Maintain and provide the city and state agencies the appropriate documentation for the reports needed for the Ryan White Grants, which fund the program, on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team that provides direct care to behavioral health patients working under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The primary focus is direct patient care as directed and delegated by the RN, Operation Supervisor, Operations Administrator or Clinical Director. Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Mental Health Technician Trainee at the Murray Developmental Center located in Centralia, Illinois. As a Registered BehaviorTechnician, you will provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.
Requirements
Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
Prior experience with ABA, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home, school, and/or clinic settings
Strong communication and professionalism
