Position Overview: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct, one-on-one behavioral therapy and interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working in a clinical or educational setting. At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to actively engage with children, including physical movement such as kneeling, standing, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to remain patient and composed in challenging situations. Work Environment: The work environment is primarily within the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, which includes therapy rooms, classrooms, and common areas for client interactions.
