Responsibilities:
As a Field-based BCBA, you will:
Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions
Train, supervise, and support the RBTs working on your child's team
Collaborate with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progress
Qualifications:
About You:
You need a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
You need to be licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.

Alliance ABA is a mission-based organization devoted to supporting children with Autism and ADHD in an In-Home setting. We are looking for dedicated team members to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and ADHD. Service hours are during weekday evenings or weekends. Candidate should have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 HOME-BASED ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
Provide behavior coaching to parents and support client's caregivers through a variety of methods
Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies in the community including: social services, schools, physicians, etc.
Participate in training and clinical supervision that focus on integrating ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies
Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client's treatment plans
Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required
Requirements:
HS diploma required
Availability to work Evenings (4-7pm)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 90 days of employment

As a critical member of the child's therapy team, you will facilitate learning and playing in groups, collect data, and implement feedback from supervisors.
Overview The Behavior Technician (BT) provides 1:1 treatment to assigned clients, between 18 months and six years old, based on evidenced-based practices (i.

The BT will deliver individualized therapy hours based on the plans and protocols developed by the Supervising Behavior Analyst and collect data on the client's progress.
The BT must be able to work cooperatively with team members and maintain open and positive communication with families, co-workers, supervisor(s), and other stakeholders.
The BT must demonstrate the computer and technical skills necessary to use an electronic data collection system.
Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct Treatment (client face-to-face hours, 25 - 35 hours/ week): Implementation of individual treatment plan for assigned caseload (i.
e.

Implements procedures by which client's objectives will be met in accordance with the client's assessment and treatment plan to fidelity.
With oversight from the SBA, evaluates the effectiveness of procedures using direct observation, data collection, and discusses progress with the clinical supervisor.
Provides input on the need for new objectives and treatments as targets are mastered.
Notifies supervisor(s) of any critical incidents immediately and completes an incident report.
Documentation and Administrative Tasks: Documents client's progress in daily data collection and session notes on treatment goals (clear, concise explanation of service delivery, and parent/teacher input).
Converts "timesheet," completes session note, and ensures session start and end times are accurate.
Conversions are expected to be completed no later than 24 hours from the end of the day which services took place unless an earlier deadline is specified by a supervisor (e.
g.
, Friday session).
Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings, required training, and other meetings as assigned and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Completes all tasks related to preparation for sessions and cleaning up after completed sessions.
Informs supervisor immediately of any important concerns pertaining to families' or schools' services.
Cooperates with special requests made by supervisor(s).
Professionalism and Ethics Attends sessions as assigned on time and maintains a professional appearance (see also "employee handbook").
Listens to constructive feedback and responds appropriately.
Maintains the security of all media containing client protected health information, including electronic media, and returns media to his/her supervisor when appropriate.
Prepares all services and documents in a manner that is culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate and sensitive to the family's/school staff's concerns.
Returns phone calls and emails (using work assigned email account) within 24 - 48 business hours.

Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma is required; completion of associate degree/bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, special education, or related field is strongly preferred.
Commitment to earning a Registered Behavior Technician credential within 60 - 90 days of hire (must sit for RBT test, training and supervision provided by Little Leaves).
