What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.

What You'll Do
Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
