The Arc, Ocean County Chapter is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time RBT to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will provide one-on-one behavior therapy services under the direction of the BCBA. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals. Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations by implementing appropriate interventions and de-escalation techniques. Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and treatment interventions. Communicate effectively with the treatment team regarding patient needs and progress. Client Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and well-being of individuals receiving treatment. Collaborate with individuals to develop and achieve personal goals. Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
