Job Overview Work with children with autism or other developmental challenges by providing Individual or ABA therapy and implementing programming defined by an individualized treatment plan under the direction and guidance of a BCBA and/or LBS. Responsibilities and Duties Provide ABA Therapy for children and young adults in home and community settings to support management of behavior and acquisition of new skills Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by treatment plan and directed by BCBA or LBS Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets Develop strong rapport with the client and family and work with caregivers to ensure the client is meeting their goals Communicate with supervisors on case updates, changes in schedule, and availability Attend regular required supervision meetings, individual supervisory sessions, and required trainings Maintain appropriate professional conduct and boundaries at all times, client confidentiality, and ensure timely communication with families Participate in all required individual and group supervision, as well as all applicable staff meetings.
