RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sessions take place between one RBT and one client and are typically scheduled for 2-4 hrs in duration. We're looking for skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our crisis services team. BHTs play a hands-on role in providing quality care and support to individuals in short-term residential mental health crisis. Key Duties:
Provide individualized care that protects consumer rights, dignity, and wellness
Support daily living skills and deliver medications per policy
Assist with admissions, consumer orientation, and supervision
Monitor and report changes in consumer behavior and condition
Ensure a clean, safe, and homelike environment
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow safety protocols
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support care plans
Escort consumers to appointments and assist with daily routines
✅ Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or caregiving preferred
Must pass a caregiver background check, pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug screening
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to complete required CBRF trainings
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and lift items up to 50 lbs

Elevate is seeking Mental Health Technicians - Crisis Stabilization to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI. We currently have a full-time 2nd shift and every other weekend and a part-time 1st shift with weekend hours available, providing community-based support to individuals working to establish and/or manage their mental health and/or substance use disorders.
In this role, you will support individuals as they stabilize after a crisis or work toward maintaining independence in the community through supportive skill development and direct client care.

Backed by the support and supervision of our awesome staff, you would:
Work with kids (18 months to school age) with autism and special needs in their homes or in one of our centers.
Positions available in the Waukesha/Brookfield areas!
Work full-time or part-time hours between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Gain training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting.
Create lasting, positive change for children and their families.
If you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. If you work part-time, you're eligible for sick leave.

Qualifications
