Position Description:
The Behavior Analyst (BA) develops and directs the individualized treatment of children diagnosed with behavioral health and developmental disorders.
The BA provides training and support to the Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) on appropriate therapeutic interventions targeted to reduce client(s) maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors as outlined in the child's Individual Treatment Plan. Services are provided in the home, school, and other community settings.
This position reports to the assigned IBHS Supervisor and the IBHS Director.
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and direct the implementation of the child's treatment plan.
Monitor, track and interpret behavioral data.
Provide training, supervision, and consultative resources to bachelor level staff.
Participate in internal and external team meetings.
Demonstrate knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA).
Demonstrate good writing skills.
Receive encouragement and support to engage in research and professional presentations locally, regionally, and nationally should this be of interest.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or a related mental/behavior health field.
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBA and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification)
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance coverage and consistent access to a reliable vehicle.
Mandated Reporter and Safety Care Training within 30 days of hire.
Provide clearances with a clean record, free from allegations or findings related to abuse, neglect, exploitation or other criminal acts against children, i.e. Act 33, Act 34 or FBI Clearance.

About your Role:
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-24, who are confronted with serious, identified, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. With the support and guidance of the Behavioral Consultant, you will aid in improving independent, age-appropriate functioning to levels which require less or no service intervention. You will travel to the clients' home/school/service location daily being sure to follow the prescribed treatment plan and provide behavioral and treatment interventions and consequences to the client. Setting boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency upon your services as you also provide support to parents and adult professionals. Being sure to educate and train parents/young adults to utilize these skills, providing positive reinforcement and provide culturally aware and competent service provision

Position Description:
The Behavior Analyst (BA) develops and directs the individualized treatment of children diagnosed with behavioral health and developmental disorders.
The BA provides training and support to the Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) on appropriate therapeutic interventions targeted to reduce client(s) maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors as outlined in the child's Individual Treatment Plan. Services are provided in the home, school, and other community settings.
This position reports to the assigned IBHS Supervisor and the IBHS Director.
**A bonus of $5,000 will be paid out with successful completion of a 90-day probation**
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and direct the implementation of the child's treatment plan.
Monitor, track and interpret behavioral data.
Provide training, supervision, and consultative resources to bachelor level staff.
Participate in internal and external team meetings.
Demonstrate knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA).
Demonstrate good writing skills.
Receive encouragement and support to engage in research and professional presentations locally, regionally, and nationally should this be of interest.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or a related mental/behavioral health field.
Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance coverage and consistent access to a reliable vehicle.
Mandated Reporter and Safety Care Training within 30 days of hire.

* Weekend work opportunities will be available on every shift. A caregiver will not be permitted to change shifts to obtain a weekend work program position. These employees will be in the "Weekend Work Program, WWP".
* Weekends are defined as 7:00 pm on Friday to 7:00 am on Monday.
* WWP full-time caregivers will be required to schedule themselves (2) consecutive weekend shifts within the same weekend, and (1) an additional shift during the week; or a night shift full-time caregiver may schedule themselves for (3) consecutive weekend shifts.
* WWP part-time caregivers will be required to schedule themselves (2) consecutive weekend shifts within the same weekend.
* WWP caregivers will be permitted to trade with another caregiver to work a different weekend shift and still receive the weekend pay even if the trade results in non-consecutive weekend shifts.

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to completed 40+ hours of training OR
* Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services OR
* Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization OR
* Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
* Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus.
* Reimbursement based on education and experience
* Must be extremely organized
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be professional, flexile, and can work independently
* Bi-Lingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus but not required.
* Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
