Duties and responsibilities: Behavior Intervention Implementation Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and school-based settings. Address and manage challenging behaviors using appropriate ABA and safety care techniques. Data Collection and Documentation Record accurate and detailed data on client progress and behavior during sessions. Elliot Behavioral Health Services is staffed by a team of mental health professionals who tailor both evaluation and treatment services to each individual patient. Our state-of-the-art units provide a wide array of equipment and patient acuity depending on a nurse's professional interests, certifications, and experience level. About the Job: The Mental Health Technician works under the direction of the RN Charge Nurse, and shares responsibility for providing and maintaining a therapeutic milieu through supervised therapeutic activities. The Mental Health Technician facilitates and provides direct care for patients of all ages; supports the therapeutic milieu; ensures the safety and well-being of patients.
