Position Summary
As a BCBA with Latitude Therapy, you will oversee the clinical direction of individualized treatment plans, provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful, lasting change. Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Design and modify individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and BehaviorTechnicians
Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress
Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and related professionals
Ensure services align with ethical and clinical best practices

Special School District (SSD) BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs) are assistants who work under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst to support students throughout St. Louis County. Through your diligent care, supervision, and encouragement, you will serve as a valued member of an educational team focused on providing behavior analytics services and practices to ensure students have what they need to thrive and feel empowered. A day in the life:
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism through teaching sessions in the home or community setting.
