Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Expected to provide supervised fieldwork experience hours to eligible individuals
Responsible for staying informed of the most current requirements for providing supervised fieldwork experiences

Implementation of behavioral skills training and data collection in the coaching and performance management of RBT's and Behavior Technicians
Providing caregiver training sessions through both telehealth and clinic-based sessions

A day in the life:

Training Schedule & Certification Requirements
At Opal Autism Centers, we provide paid, structured training designed to prepare every new team member for success as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). All new hires are compensated at a flat training rate of $11.00/hour (non-negotiable) during this period. Once the RBT certification is obtained, and client sessions begin, the pay rate will increase to the agreed upon rate within the employment offer letter.

If you are not currently certified but hold a valid 40-hour RBT training certificate of completion or are within the BACB renewal grace period, your training schedule will be as follows:

Must be able to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds

What We're Looking For:
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region. Reliable personal transportation capable of facilitating movement to and between sites as operational needs dictate is a mandatory requirement.
Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided).
