Recommendations: Submit one letter of recommendation (LoR).

Summary:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides intensive behavioral intervention services to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays. These services address areas such as language, cognitive skills, adaptive behavior, social-emotional development, self-care, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and communication. The RBT is responsible for the direct delivery of behavioral services to clients and their families, maintaining accurate case notes, and communicating effectively with supervising BCBAs or BCaBAs regarding client programs and progress. The RBT maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Director.
Essential Functions:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop weekly programs and maintain accurate client program books.
Collaborate with the Clinical Team to implement individualized goals and checklists.
Implement individualized treatment plans as written and directed by a Clinical Manager.
Graph data as instructed (this may only be required if the electronic data collection system is unavailable).
Maintain strict client confidentiality and respect.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by engaging in continuing education activities such as workshops, professional publications, professional networking, and participation in relevant professional societies.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.

Possess a valid driver's license and meet all applicable California driving requirements.

The Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will assist families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center or in a community. Role Responsibilities (Here's what it takes)
Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.
Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
Promote Client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
Consulting with case Supervisor on treatment plans, Client updates, and intervention strategies.
Receiving and utilizing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.
Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
Ensuring that the company's “zero tolerance policy” is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
Completing all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our Behavioral Support Staff Position requires at least six months of professional experience working with people who have regular behavioral challenges. Experience beyond six months is reviewed in relation to wage offered.
The Behavioral Support Staff position also requires staff to drive which means we require a valid California Driver License, current auto insurance, and clean & reliable vehicle.

Role Responsibilities (Here's what it takes)
Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.
Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
Promote Client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
Consulting with case Supervisor on treatment plans, Client updates, and intervention strategies.
Receiving and utilizing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.
Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
Ensuring that the company's “zero tolerance policy” is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
Completing all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.
Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Providing make up hours as an alternate care team member.
Maintaining eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).
