POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Role

**Position Purpose**
This BehaviorTechnician (Research Study Coordinator 1 (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv)) is part of a multidisciplinary team that includes psychologists, speech-language pathologists, board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs), medical professionals, faculty, and trainees. The BehaviorTechnician provides clinical services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), implementing evidence-based interventions grounded in applied behavior analysis under BCBA supervision. Primary responsibilities include delivering direct interventions to children ages 12 months to 6 years in a clinic setting, accurately recording intervention data, maintaining records, and creating individualized therapy materials.
