Join Us as an RBTAs a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide hands-on support to participants while helping to implement thoughtful, individualized care rooted in respect, dignity, and real-world goals. What You'll Do Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team, you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress. You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines. You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed. You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents/caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions. You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice. What You Bring Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors. A valid Driver's License, personal vehicle, and insurance. CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed). Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
