Conduct safety and facility checks, reporting concerns promptly to appropriate personnel. Support arrival, dismissal, and transition times to maintain structure and order. Serve as a visible, approachable presence on campus and a positive role model for students. Maintain clear communication with the site principal and behavior support teams. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the school. Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of: Safety, supervision, and conflict prevention practices. Basic first aid and emergency response procedures. School policies, campus safety protocols, and child development principles. Skills and Abilities: Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse groups. Exercise sound judgment and discretion in sensitive situations. Work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed. Remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts constructively. Maintain accurate reports and follow safety procedures consistently.
