Provides review and practice of skills taught by a teacher and behavior specialist with students one to one and in small groups in special education classroom and/or general education classroom.
Meets with teachers, behavior specialists, administrators, and parents regarding behavioral concerns of students.
Provides assistance in maintaining student records/data.
Supervises students in the absence of teacher.
Escorts students to various areas of the building.
Monitors students during recess, lunchroom, study halls, and in hallways.
Participates in cross walk duty rotation before and after school hours at elementary schools.
Transports students to and from home or respective learning environments.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
A BehaviorTechnician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
RBTs may work with clients in-home, in-school, in-center, and in the community.
Each Registered BehaviorTechnician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes.
Effective communication with supervisors and parents is essential to the RBT's success and must be present at all times.
RBTs will complete a BACB-approved RBT course and keep registration current.
Other responsibilities include the following:
Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, standards, and consistently interpreting and accurately performing all assigned responsibilities.
Pairing and building rapport with clients, families, stakeholders and their Team members.
Attending all collaboration, case meetings, and team training meetings.
Recording detailed session notes, keeping accurate client data in real-time, and maintaining records well documented.
Observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information.
Demonstrating effective time-management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.
Maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Exemplary skills in self-management and communication.
Performing other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must pass background check (will include fingerprints)
Must have at least 1-year experience working with Children
Active Driver's License and/or access to reliable transportation to and from work

RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Therapists work as members of the LSS team in caring for, supporting, and strengthening individuals, families, and communities. A Brief Overview
Provides physical and psychological care to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assumes responsibility and accountability for individual actions and outcomes of patient care delivered.
What you will do
* Works with individual patients in a 1-on-1 setting or in a group setting that is consistent with the nursing care needs of the patient and the inter-disciplinary treatment plan.
* Participates in the daily inter-disciplinary treatment team meeting as needed, providing input in terms of patient behaviors and interactions with others.
* Implements suicide precautions as needed.
* Assesses changes in patient's condition/behavior and notifies RN.
* Assists with patient and family programs as well as being continually cognizant of the safety and welfare of all participants.
* Assists with the activities of daily living care of the patients to include, but not limited to: vital signs, collection of specimens, and other general nursing care procedures.
* Assesses individual patient needs and provides input in creating and modifying the nursing care plan and assists with implementing necessary therapeutic activities.
* Maintains accurate and concise records, documenting promptly all pertinent information in the patient's EMR.
* Assesses impending agitation and escalation of behavioral changes and participates in the behavioral management of these patients.
* Researches, plans, and implements the updating and development of new therapeutic patient groups with oversight from the Programming Committee.
