The RBT is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and ensuring therapy is delivered with fidelity, professionalism, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting.
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client performance and progress.
Follow protocols for skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and safety management.
Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the BACB code of ethics.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members regarding client progress.
Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
Assist with general clinic duties as assigned (materials prep, session notes, client support).

What you will do:
A BehaviorTechnician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
