The RBT is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and ensuring therapy is delivered with fidelity, professionalism, and compassion. Key Responsibilities Provide direct ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client performance and progress. Follow protocols for skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and safety management. Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training. Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the BACB code of ethics. Communicate effectively with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members regarding client progress. Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA requirements. Assist with general clinic duties as assigned (materials prep, session notes, client support). Requirements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ability to pass a Level II background check Reliable transportation to and from work. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to take feedback and implement supervision recommendations.
