Under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Psychiatrist/MD, the Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) assumes directresponsibility for administering or implementing specific therapeuticprocedures, techniques, treatments, or medications with the aim of enablingpatients/clients to make optimal use of their therapeutic regime, and theirresidential or inpatient care. Job Description We're looking for dedicated and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team and provide compassionate, day-to-day support for individuals working through substance use, mental health, or co-occurring challenges. Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality standards. Familiarity with SMART Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) support models. Behavioral Health Technician SUPERVISED BY: Operations Manager /INDIVIDUALS SUPERVISED Participants CLASSIFICATION Non-exempt SALARY RANGE: $21-$23 The behavioral health technician helps facilitate clients' daily activities in accordance with their current level of treatment.
