Each unit, North/South houses 36 patients and 2 hallway areas totaling a maximum of 76 patients. South 10 has a 12-bed Intermediate Care Unit embedded within the 36-bed unit. The capacity of INCU is not usually more than 12 patients. INCU has critically care-trained RNs who support the patient's needs and care for ventilated patients. South 10 also has 2 negative pressure isolation rooms with an anti-room that is used when needed for specific isolation needs. We do multidisciplinary rounds Monday - Friday. This involves the patient in their care and allows the team members to collaborate with the patient to give them the best possible care and appropriate discharge to home or other facilities. We have a pharmacist who has an office on the unit to assist the RNs when needed to help avoid delay of care to any patient. Experience Required 0-2 years' experience required. Bonus Structure: • $150 issued after 45 days of active case assignment • $150 issued after an additional 60 days • Must meet all eligibility criteria throughout the bonus period Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the sign-on bonus, employees must: • Complete all onboarding and orientation requirements • Maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 2-3 assigned clients • Stay actively engaged and attend all scheduled sessions • Remain in good standing throughout the bonus period Definition of Good Standing An employee is considered in good standing if they: • Consistently meet performance expectations and documentation deadlines • Have no active Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or disciplinary actions • Maintain effective communication with supervisors and families • Comply with all attendance policies and case responsibilities
