Are you a passionate and empathetic therapist looking to make a real impact? Ready to be part of a vibrant team where your skills and expertise are valued and celebrated?
About Us:
Relational Realm is a new and growing trauma-informed group practice rooted in the belief that deep healing happens through connection—within ourselves, with others, and in the therapeutic relationship. We serve adults, couples, and relational systems with care models informed by cutting-edge experiential and somatic approaches.
Our clients are seekers—individuals and partners looking to move beyond survival into meaningful, connected living. Our clinicians are grounded, compassionate, and skilled in trauma attunement, attachment work, and relational presence.
We are expanding our team and looking for clinicians who are deeply aligned with our values and vision.
Our Core Values:
Trauma-focused: We approach therapy with the belief that client behaviors, emotions, and responses are adaptive rather than resistant, and understands resistance as a reflection of unmet needs or protective strategies rather than a flaw.
Relational: We see the therapist-client relationship as both a healing tool and a model for healthy, authentic connection where patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics can be safely explored.
What We Offer:
A supportive, collaborative virtual work environment within a trauma-informed group practice.
Competitive compensation with opportunities for growth.
Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.
Access to high-quality clinical consultation and professional development.
A diverse, affirming practice culture that values inclusivity and therapist well-being.
Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client management.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD) to join Relational Realm. The ideal candidate is passionate about experiential and somatic healing and is trained in one or more of the following modalities:
IFS (Internal Family Systems)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy)
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples)
The position offers flexibility in scheduling and working remotely, and the opportunity to grow within a vibrant, trauma-centered group practice.
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed to practice independently in Pennsylvania State or pre-licensed and looking forward to licensure
Specialized training in one or more experiential modalities (IFS, EMDR, AEDP, EFT, or similar) OR interested in gaining training in experiential models
Passionate about working with relational trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional transformation
Interested in integrating somatic, parts work, and affective neuroscience into your clinical practice
Values authenticity, collaboration, and deep human connection
Open to contributing to a warm, supportive, and equity-informed team culture
What You'll Do:
Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults using trauma-informed, experiential frameworks
Maintain a consistent caseload of at least 3 shifts per week, and at least 5 clients per day
Complete documentation in a timely and ethical manner
Participate in monthly team meetings and clinical consultation
Collaborate on creating a culture of authenticity, curiosity, and growth within the practice
Collaborate on marketing and advertising the practice
Ready to Join Us?
Please submit:
A current resume or CV
