What You'll Do TACT, a Denver-based non-profit organization whose mission is to encourage and empower individuals with autism through education and employment in the trades. Currently, TACT is seeking a full-time RBT who will educate individuals with autism in the trades. A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, communication disorders, special education, behavior analysis or a related field. Willingness to learn new therapeutic skills, focusing on naturalistic intervention in typical settings. A love of learning and teaching and a desire to improve your practice. Physically able to perform job responsibilities (active movement, lifting up to 40 lbs.). Mode of reliable transportation. Current RBT Certification.
