Your role will involve research and analysis associated with new matters, changes in existing matters, and new hires. Key Responsibilities

Assist department leadership in the coordination of daily workflow to ensure that performance of staff is meeting the needs of the attorneys.
Assist department leadership in establishing new methods and standards for searching and analysis of all conflicts of interest searches performed by the department, monitoring for consistency, accuracy and thoroughness.
Support training of new hires.
Draft and review engagement letters, conflict waiver letters, and ethical wall memoranda.
Communicate directly with Firm attorneys and clients to draft and negotiate engagement letters and conflict waiver letters.
Support Firm's Business Acceptance Unit.
Assist department leadership as needed.
Keep abreast and informed of current rules, law and business issues that may impact Firm attorneys.
Have substantive knowledge of Rules of Professional Conduct, regulatory schemes governing attorneys across numerous states and legal ethics issues.
Available to address Firm's global needs across multiple time zones - including evenings and weekends.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.
Document session data to track and support treatment goals.
Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
Who We're Looking For:
Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).
High School or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree.
Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days of your start date (We provide all training!).
Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30-40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
