The RBT Conduct Specialist utilizes principles of behavior as aligned to RBT training and credentialing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrate competency when implementing continuous measurement, procedures (i.e., frequency, duration, etc..) and discontinuous data measurement procedures (i.e., partial-interval recording).
Collect and enter data (i.e., interfering behaviors and skill acquisition program goal information) and/or update graph(s) for the assigned participant each day.
Demonstrate competency with preference assessments & assist with functional assessment procedures.
Apply contingencies of reinforcement, discrete trials, incidental teaching, task analyses, chaining, discrimination training, stimulus control transfer procedures, stimulus fading procedures, prompting and prompt fading antecedent-based procedures, consequence-based procedures, implement differential reinforcement and extinction procedures, and impalement crisis/emergency procedures.
Complete objective session notes or daily notes each day that are aligned to the participant(s) programming goals and/or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)
Demonstrate flexibility with job assignments, working with others, and new working situations while collaborating with clinical team.

· Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
· Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
· All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
