Behavior technicians work in our highly specialized programs where we serve individuals with exceptional levels of interfering behavioral and mental health needs. These homes have been extensively modified to support daily behaviors and ensure the safety of residents through consistent interventions. In this role, you will implement Behavior Support Plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, work closely with a small caseload (max 3 individuals), and support clients in developing essential life skills. You will assist with de-escalation, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
