Maintain open communication with the BCBA Supervisor to review program goals and procedures for each client.
Collect and maintain accurate data and notes utilizing data collection software.
Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations.
Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required by Kids First.
Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed.
Track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the regulatory body to maintain the certification.

Physical demands
Physical capacity to move quickly and respond to potentially aggressive behavior and de-escalate situations with clients.

We currently offer our SLP services in the entire metro New York area (including the five boroughs of NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island) and Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, California (greater Los Angeles area, the greater San Francisco area, San Diego, and Orange County), Minnesota, Delaware, and the Virginia/ Maryland/ DC area. Now Hiring: Part-time, Hourly Registered Behavior Technicians
LOCATION: Cases Available Throughout Greenwich/Stamford area
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other BehaviorTherapists on the case
Communicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency
Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists!
At least 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting
OR
successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field
Experience using ABA preferred
Holds RBT Certification from BACB
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must be self- motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor
Passionate about helping children and families, and providing services of the highest standards!
Must be comfortable working in a home-based setting
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train.
The ability to climb and descend staircases
The ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
The ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods
