The well intervention specialist primary role is to provide required support for rigless well intervention operations (wireline, slickline, coiled tubing and snubbing) including but not limited to plug and perf frac operations, post frac wellbore coiled tubing cleanout, through tubing fishing and milling operations, in addition to evaluation and deployment of new technologies related to well intervention operation. The intervention specialist will be also in charge of site visit and attendance of critical operation when needed. Key Responsibilities: As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: Responsible for planning the well intervention activities and for the review and validation when completed, and for providing solution for wells with integrity issues with support of well completion specialist. Responsible for routine well Intervention, well diagnostics and proficient in downhole remediation practices and capable for preparing field operational procedures. Responsible for well and field completion performance and integrity modeling using industry recognized software. Ensure departmental compliance with mandated regulations and standards through constant monitoring and support for ongoing and future operations and make sure well barriers requirements are maintained in all types of intervention. Run all types intervention operations required in unconventional wells: Completion design, Tubing movements, Coiled tubing, Wireline, slick line, Hydraulic fracturing, flow back and capable of issuing a complete detailed program for each type of operation. Familiar with wellhead and downhole completion design, optimization, and troubleshooting. Capable for providing solutions to enhance well intervention operation, cost and safety.
