A psychologist licensed in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 501; A provisional license holder licensed in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 501; A psychological associate licensed in accordance the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 501; A clinical social worker licensed in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 505; A licensed professional counselor licensed in accordance with the Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 503; or A behavior analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.; Has received training in behavioral support or have experience in providing behavioral support.


All Service Providers must have the following:



Resume Certification/License in respective field (LCSW, LPC, BCBA, etc) Auto Insurance Professional Liability Insurance (upon hire) Valid Driver's License Valid Social Security Card

The International Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment is a multidisciplinary clinic in Bellevue, Washington. The Behavior Therapist/ Behavior Technician position works one-on-one with clients gaining valuable experience in the fields of psychology, social work, OT, PT, and speech. ICAN utilizes the evidence-based treatment modality of Applied Behavior Analytic services. A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will be partnered with you to provide regular supervision and guidance. There is no direct experience of working with children on the autism spectrum required. Better yet, you will receive paid training that provides you with your Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential . This is an ideal job for people who enjoy work such as a paraeducator, childcare provider, teacher, home health aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, homecare provider, education assistant, nanny, camp counselor, tutor, or pediatric healthcare coordinator.

As School Based Behavior Technician, you will work with a school team to provide behavior support to a student in a school setting. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a school-based BCBA and other school-based behavior technicians as a part of the Offsite Team. In this role you will get to collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to best support your client. You are also part of the larger ICAN team and get the opportunity to come together for Company events such as BBQ’s, company socials etc.


This job requires that applicants be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. It is also a requirement to have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This position may require some local travel to visit children in their homes or schools. Finally, it is required to be able to lift at least 50lbs and move quickly without support.

Experience successful change as a res Full time therapist will provide homebased Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to children ages 4-17 and their parents in the Kent County area. Therapist works as part of a collaborative team to serve children who have experienced trauma by helping them develop coping skills and narrate their story for the purpose of healing and moving forward from trauma. This is done through the evidenced based TF-CBT model. Experience coordinating services especially with foster care is desirable.

Applicants with other specialized TF-CBT training are encouraged to apply as well.
