The programs team provides direct services to clients across a variety of programs. The programs include:
Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Skills Groups, Daily, Living Skills Groups, and Vocational Groups.
Job Purpose
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who practices under the direct, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services.
The RBT may work with GGAF-Ackerman Center client's one-on-one or within a group setting at the clinic or community sites. Client ages range from 1 year to 25 years old.

Knowledge and experience with ESDM and ABA techniques preferred
Ability to discuss sensitive issues with families using compassion and empathy
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

We are looking for RBTs to work part time :
- Part Time: Saturday and Sunday: 9AM-5PM
Responsibilities:
Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, clinic, and/or school settings
Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
Attend all scheduled therapy sessions, staff meetings, and trainings
Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
Requirements
MUST
be licensed and registered as an RBT in the state of Nevada
Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GE
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Pay Range: $18-22 hourly
