We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric team. In this role, you will conduct behavioral skills assessments, guide and assist mentor RBTs, provide client case management, and engage with leadership to create and improve operational processes and procedures . You'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, nurturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavior assessments using a variety of direct and indirect methods.
Conduct skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS, AFLS, VBMAPP, PEAK, etc.).
Oversee a caseload of 6-10 clients.
Provide weekly clinical supervision and program modifications to each patient on your caseload.
Mentor RBTs by meeting with each RBT monthly to discuss patients, job satisfaction, and general wellbeing.
Meet bi-weekly with CABS Director to discuss clinical matters.
Participate in monthly clinical leadership meetings to stay up to date with policies and procedures.
Contribute to clinical leadership by sharing ideas for improving procedures.

What You'll Do:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for direct client care and provide high-quality early intervention services with support and direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

In this role you will:
