You Will:
Make a difference in the life of a child!
Implement individualized behavior plans and protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) under their guidance
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social/ emotional skills
Get up/ down off floor often, move quickly
Learn new things every day, work independently and provide the best quality care to the kids we serve
You Have:
6+ months of documented experience working with kids or adults with special needs
Lots of energy, playful, creative
Dependable - someone your client and their family can count on
Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
Interested in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective

What Youll Do
Assessment & Planning
Develop and update individualized, client-centered treatment plans
Create and revise skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols based on data and team input
Supervision & Support
Train, support, and provide ongoing supervision to RBTs
Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations for new and existing RBTs
Maintain efficient scheduling and consistent weekly contact with each client and their assigned RBT, maintaining supervision standards
Caregiver Support
Provide personalized caregiver coaching sessions
Build strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships with families
Documentation
Complete clear, objective session notes after each visit
Write comprehensive monthly progress reports reflecting progress, challenges, and next steps
Leadership & Culture
After one year, serve as a mentor to new BCBAs
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and colleagues
Uphold NBCGs ethical, inclusive, and affirming workplace standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
BCBA, BCaBA, or BCBA-D in good standing
Meets BACB supervision standards (supervision available through NBCG if needed)
Commitment to assent-based, person-centered ABA
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
