Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations affecting derivatives and trading, and communicate implications to relevant business units. Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and controls related to derivatives and trading. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and regulatory issues in derivatives and trading. Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and industry bodies as necessary. What you need to have JD from a US accredited law school and license to practice, in good standing, in at least one of the fifty states. Minimum of 5 years of experience advising on derivatives, trading, and financial products, at a law firm, regulator or SRO, or in‑house legal department of a financial institution. The Long Term Substitute Guidance Counselor will work to advance a shared understanding of the diverse, ever-changing and complex social and emotional needs of the school community. The Guidance Counselor will participate in and facilitate groups, meetings and serve as a liaison for families/caregivers, community stakeholders, teachers and other staff in order to best meet the needs of the student body. The Counselor will work primarily with students in grades K-4 and will also work in conjunction with the Guidance Counselors for grades 4-8, the Social Worker, and the School Psychologist.
