Education & Experience Requirements:

Implement and track school-wide reinforcement/positive behavior support system linking classroom behaviors to a reward system for all students throughout the school year.

Education/Certification:

** Behavior Technician **Schedule:** Monday - Friday some evenings till 6pm **Compensation:** $18.00-$22.00 /hr (pending experience) Rush Kids Peditric Thearpy is seeking a **full time** Behavior Technician (BT) to joinour fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team.In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Detail-Oriented:** Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child's progress
+ **Personalized Treatment:** Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
+ **Specialized Programs:** Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma/GED required
+ Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supervising the assigned client, building positive relationships, being a role model, and supporting clients in their mental health recovery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Model Behavior (act as a Role Model).
Provide therapeutic interventions while doing activities in the community
Meet with the Client every week
Provide Clients with a safe, therapeutic environment
Build trust through commitment and consistency.
Encourage the child to use their full potential.
Maintain open communication with Client families and County Case Managers.
Attend training offered by Lad Lake Inc.
Attending Plan of Care meetings when necessary.
Report any criminal activity, abuse, or unusual happenings to your immediate supervisor.
Enter case notes for each contact with the Client
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a master's degree in social work, psychology, community mental health, or a related field. License preferred.
Experience in clinical mental health services.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must show proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
Must have good communication skills.
