If you are not yet nationally certified, our team will provide all the training and supervision you need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you want to stay in the field of ABA therapy long-term, we offer an in-house mentoring program and career path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). If you plan to explore other autism treatment fields in the future, this experience will serve you well in many roles such as speech or occupational therapist, psychologist, counselor, special education teacher, etc. We have many other clinical services at AZA United that collaborate with our ABA team to provide interdisciplinary care for families, so everyone is always learning and improving treatment quality for our families. What you'll do: The Behavior Management Specialist focuses on providing direct support with a strong emphasis on behavior management to adolescents and families in their homes, schools and/or in the community.
