JOB SUMMARY:
To facilitate discharge planning in line with goals for length of stays related to difficult to place, high-cost and escalated patients. The Complex Care Social Worker will use a multi-step escalation protocol to identify those patients with barriers that prevent an effective discharge within the goals for length of stay. Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
Data collection and session note submission
Collaborate with peers and supervisors
Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
Other duties as assigned.

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Valid state identification card

We are looking for a qualified Instructional Behavior Tech to directly support the mission of Statesmen College Preparatory Academy for Boys by providing one-on-one instructional support, small group instruction and behavioral support for scholars who are both typical and exceptional learners in the general education environment.
The person best suited for this role is a learning-oriented and inspirational adult with a desire to impact the overall academic experience of underserved students.
