Youth Treatment Specialist 3rd Shift Wisconsin Community Services (WCS) Specialized Services Program - Jefferson County Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility Wisconsin Community Services (WCS) is excited to announce openings for Youth Treatment Specialists in Jefferson County. This position works in a therapeutic milieu environment serving youth at a State Certified Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility (YCSF) serving male, female and gender non-conforming youth, ages 8-17, supporting youth through a mental health crisis that has resulted in a youth needing a safe space to reside for up to 30 days. The Youth Treatment Specialist 3rd shift works overnight ensuring all youth and staff are safe and following nighttime procedures. The Behavior Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions within Rogers Behavioral Health treatment programs. The Behavior Specialist is trained to assess the function of behavior, develop & implement individualized plans to address maladaptive behaviors, provide training and education to patients and support persons, collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, and monitor progress of behavior interventions making necessary changes and modifications to produce the best outcomes for patients. Behavior Specialists train and work with an assigned clinical leader to design and implement CBT-specific treatment plans to address presenting symptoms. Participate in supervision sessions with the Clinical leader, communicate regularly on specific patient progress, and adjustments needed to care plan based on observations and response to interventions delivered. Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is currently recruiting for Adult Residential Support Professionals for a new addictions recovery program in Oconomowoc, WI. LSS Recovery Center Oconomowoc provides up to 30 beds for adult women in need of Medically Monitored Treatment and Transitional Residential Treatment. Services are gender specific and trauma informed. The facility does allow for infants up to age 3 months to reside with their mothers who are receiving SUD treatment services. Our beautiful facility provides an environment that, combined with the passion for the SUD field of our team members, allows residents to experience meaningful change and hope. Under direction of program and clinical supervisor, performs core functions of a licensed addictions counselor and/or AODA/Correctional Case Manager. This is a full-time, benefit eligible role with hours on Monday-Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. • Provides addiction counseling with supervision and/or case management services to clients in an outpatient, residential or case management setting. • Completes assessments, diagnostics, screening and referral.
