Your Role
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments
Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
Observes the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week
Provides supervision and corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary)
Discusses the client's progress with caregiver and caregiver concerns
Implements caregiver training related to the program objectives
Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
Completes daily progress notes
Attends monthly meeting with BFS administrative staff
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings
Attend and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatment
Coordination of care with PCP, Specialists, Other Therapists and Schools

Responsibilities:
✅ Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
