CLINICIAN Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility - WCS Jefferson County Responsible for providing individual therapy and supervising milieu group therapy to the youth residing at Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility utilizing the Integrated Treatment Model including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Provide service coordination in collaboration with the Youth Treatment Specialist team.
The Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility is licensed under the Department of Health Services Chapters 50 and 34 to provide a short-term stabilization service for up to 8 youth (ages 10-17).
Essential Functions:
1. Interview, assess, screen, and approve admissions of youth for services at YCSF.
2. Assist with admissions process on site, assisting families with paperwork completion and orientation of youth to the program.
3. Supervise the youth coordinator, providing weekly individual supervision, review and sign off on youth care plans and service recommendations/resources.
4. Facilitate treatment and value-added groups for the youth including but not limited to DBT skills, sex education, healthy relationships, cultural awareness, substance use, independent living and life skills for 8 youth across the gender spectrum, ages 10-17 years old.
5. Provide daily (more frequently as needed) 1:1 individual therapy session following treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches in the spirit of DBT.
6. Complete assessments to develop youth care plans including stabilization and safety plans.
7. Provide DBT training and coaching to the direct care staff by engaging in activities/programming to role model and teach DBT skills to both youth and staff.
8. Provide weekly clinical supervision to Youth Treatment Specialists in the YCSF program per DHS 34 requirements.
9. Engage in monthly peer review with clinical supervisor per DHS 50.
10. Participate as a member of the medical peer review committee per DHS 50.
11. Participate in consultation teams both as a team member and as a facilitator for program staff to assist in monitoring the fidelity of the milieu group therapy.
12. Participate in weekly consultation, training and supervision on the integrated treatment model.
13. Conduct daily risk assessments to ensure the youth are safe and not a risk to themselves or others.
14. Coordinate with Jefferson County Crisis Services as needed.
15. Work collaboratively with child and family team to implement a comprehensive treatment plan outlining each youth's identified target behaviors.
16. Attend court hearings as needed to provide updates and advocate for youth.
17. Work on-call to ensure clinical needs of youth are being met and provide clinical guidance to staff during crisis after hours.
18. Document all interactions in the electronic medical record SecurManage.
19. Engage with youth's support network and participate in family engagement initiatives.
20. Attend psychiatric medical appointments and assist in medication administration.
21. Keep appropriate documentation for all funding sources.
22. Maintaining resident record files in accordance with YCSF certification, Department and Health Services (DHS) 50 and 34 to ensure all records are updated and complete.
23. Uphold and promote a positive and supportive culture for youth and staff.
24. Maintain confidentiality within all written and verbal communications

Total Spectrum and its employees specialize in making a positive impact in the Autism community by providing in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders!
Sessions take place between one RBT and one client and are typically scheduled for 2-4 hrs in duration. One RBT can have a caseload of 2-5 clients ranging in age from 2-25 and can expect to be scheduled anywhere between the time of 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and weekends. This can vary depending on the needs of our clients. A fully trained RBT therapist can receive, on average, 10-30 hours/week and there is opportunity for advancement into full-time.
Specific responsibilities include:
Introduce and run therapy programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during a 1:1 session with a client
Take data during session while targeting different skills related to social skills, play skills, basic life skills (brushing teeth, potty training), etc.
Demonstrate understanding of the fundamentals of ABA through sessions being observed by your BCBA Supervisor once a month

We are currently seeking an outstanding Guidance Counselor to join our dynamic team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Communicate with students and parents in an appropriate and timely manner to inform them of the student's social and/or academic progress.- Supports the mission of the school and contributes through personal example to the faith life and values of the school.- Supervises students as assigned and whenever in the presence of students within the building, on campus or at school events off campus; takes action to deal with any observed, inappropriate student behavior.- Incorporates faith development opportunities within the instructional program.- Maintains a presence that provides the necessary and reasonable precautions to ensure student safety and to protect equipment, materials, and facilities.- Displays respect and sensitivity to the beliefs, ideas, and needs of others.- Supports and contributes to the continuing development of the school's programs such as the School Improvement Plan, Staff Development, Study Hall, Campus Ministry, Extracurriculars and Athletics.- Attends all faculty/staff meetings unless excused in advance by the administration.- Performs all duties and fulfills the responsibilities as specified by the contract and job description, Employee Manual, and Staff and Family Handbooks.- Performs other duties as assigned by the Administration. Qualifications: - Have a Master's Degree in Guidance Counseling- Certified by the Wisconsin DPI with License 7054 School Counselor or certifiable according to NCA standards for the position assigned. (If not certified, must have an educational plan, approved by the administration, outlining the steps toward certification with a target completion date. The plan must be on file with the administration.)- Facility with computer technology including MS Office products and database programs.- Experience in Catholic education preferred.- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with school administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and students in a way which is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.- Highly organized, accountable, confidential, and able to navigate within a diverse environment.- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and independently with minimal direct supervision. The MHD and ELM programs offer alternative home monitoring in place of detention, incarceration, or other out-of-home placements by providing monitoring services to youth detained in their homes. As the MHD/ELM Youth Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring youth compliance with court-ordered restrictions by completing daily home and/or school visits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MHD/ELM YOUTH WORKER:
Monitor client compliance by conducting daily in person home visits or school checks.
Monitor school attendance, performance and, behavior and report on behavioral summary.
Report client behavior to Juvenile Court, Kenosha County Department of Child and Family Services, and/or Juvenile Court Intake.
Prepare behavioral summary for court appearances.
Attend all court hearings as requested and file court summaries.
Conduct random urine analysis testing as required by court order.
Assist in setup and monitoring of youth referred for Electronic Leg Monitoring services.
De-escalate crisis situations with youth and families in an appropriate manner.
LOCATION: Kenosha, WI. Local travel is required to meet youth and families at home or other placement settings and community spaces, with mileage reimbursement.
SCHEDULE: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Schedule will include some evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
