In 2010, SBHG became an (ESOP) Employee Stock Ownership Program and is 100% owned by its employees.
Amanda Karistai joined the team at BHG New Orleans Westbank in 2012.
For five years, Doctor Marshall practiced Family and Addiction Medicine before transitioning to full time addiction treatment with Behavioral Health Group in 2014.
The agency officially changed its name to Unison Health in February 2017 to emphasize the full scope of our community-based health services, including our range of integrated health services.
In 2018, Unison Health was able to ensure continuity of care for the people of Wood County as locations were opened in Bowling Green and Perrysburg.
Before that, he served on the leadership team of InstaMed, a Healthcare Consumer Payments company sold to JP Morgan in 2019, and prior to that IntegraMed, a Nasdaq-listed company that was the leading provider of infertility and varicose vein treatments in the United States.
