Licensed Psychologist, PhD, PsyD - Clinical Director Responsibilities: Lead day to day operations of outpatient clinic Provide 40%-50% direct clinical services (assessments, individual, group therapy) Lead, supervise, and train interdisciplinary teams at two outpatient locations Oversee documentation, conduct audits, and ensure CARF and CASOMB compliance Participate in leadership meetings Represent the agency in community/stakeholder presentations Ensure staff meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists Share current forensic and mental health research with staff Support program growth and maintain operational stability Complete on-call responsibilities as needed Provide court testimony when required Licensed Psychologist, PhD, PsyD - Clinical Director Requirements: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field California license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (3+ years) 2+ years' experience in forensic mental health or sex offender-specific treatment 3+ years' clinical leadership or supervisory experience Familiarity with CBT, STATIC-99R, STABLE, and risk management frameworks CASOMB certification strongly preferred Ability to relocate to or commute to San Francisco, CA 94103 (relocation assistance available) Licensed Psychologist, PhD, PsyD - Clinical Director Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 401K with 4% employer match Student loan forgiveness eligibility 15 vacation days, 9 holidays, and 24 sick days Full health, dental, and vision coverage Licensure bonus, exam fee reimbursement, supervision Training stipend for continuing education Employee Assistance Program + discount perks
